Lady Gaga

My primary source is Lady Gaga's twitter page. She is the most liked celebrity on Facebook and now has the most followers on twitter. She even has her own academic course at the University of South Carolina called Lady Gaga and the Sociology of Fame, taught by a sociology professor. Im interested to find out how she was able to get an academic course named after and for her. I'm also curious to see how she keeps all of her fans glued to her web pages and how her social media has influenced so many people, and how her web pages helped her rise to fame.

the popularity of Tosh.O

Tosh.O is one of the most popular shows on comedy central and i would like to figure out why this interent clip show is wildly popular. I have already looked at daniel tosh's twitter page as a primary source, but i would also like to look at the Tosh.O blog at tosh.comedycentral.com and the offical Tosh.O facebook page for some more evidence. I am a huge fan of the show and think that its just hilarious, but i hate other clip shows such as The Soup and America's Funniest Home Videos, and many of my friends feel the same way. So i looking for what makes Tosh.O different from other clip shows. I would have to say that my ideal audience for my paper would be people who are a fan of Tosh.O, or just anyone interested in pop culture.

The topic of research for my project is celebs in social media, and how it can promote or negatively affect their image. The primary source that I am using is the blogger website, PerezHilton.com. My purpose for writing this project, is to gather a lot of information on the life of being a celebrity, and to see how much social media has attracted people. My main audience will most likely be those people who are interested in celebrities.

Research Topic

The research topic that I have chosen to do, is "how filming your own hunts portrays them as successful." The primary source that I used was a hunting video that was posted on Northamericanwhitetail.com. This video showed a successful hunt, and a mature deer was harvested. My purpose for writing this project is to reveal the all things that have to happen in order to make a filmed hunt successful. My main audience for this project is mostly all the hunters that have or planned on filming their own hunts

Retail and Blogging

I'm going to be researching how retail companies, such as Free People and Anthropologie, use blogs and why they use them. I'll be viewing the BLDG blog from Free People, The Anthropologist of Anthropology, and many of their blog followers. I'll be looking at what information they post, what they advertise, who is looking at the blog, and more. I will see if their blog helps them to sell their product or to find out what the purpose of their blogs are.

Perez Hilton

My topic for my research project is what does Perez Hilton think of all the controversies that he has created from him website. The primary source that I am going to use is PerezHilton.com. One of my secondary sources is an interview with Perez that gives me many quotes straight from him about his feelings on some of the comments he puts on his website. My purpose for writing about this topic is to see how Perez Hilton reacts to all of the controversies that he starts with many celebrities. My ideal audience would be for people who follow PerezHilton.com religiously and also people who want to know Perez Hilton's views about his website.

Businesses use of Social Media

My topic for my research project is how companies utilize social media to expand clientele, create new products, and interact with fans/customers. I plan to examine the Mountain Dew facebook page, where their campaign to let customers vote for new soda flavors started, as well as Dominoes pizza and I will be talking to my sister about why her company (Money Concepts) does NOT use facebook at all. Each company is different and uses social media in a different way, taking customer feedback for free, creating new products that the customers ask for specifically, and using social media to open up the business to a new group of possible consumers.

Go Greek or Go Home

My topic is going to be looking at Sorority life versus the normal college student experience. The Primary source that I'm using is called GreekRank.com. It is a website in which you can look up any university and find out about the best ranked Sororities and Fraternities. It also allows you to look up information and history about each Sorority or Fraternity as well. It has a blog post in which people contribute to everyday and a large facebook following. My purpose in writing about this topic is to get an ideal about Greek life and figure out its benefits for college students. My ideal audience would be highschool students and college students who are looking to rush for a Sorority or Fraternity.

Professional Athletes Use of Social Media. Good or Bad?

The topic of my research paper is how the use of social media is both a positive and negative outlet for all athletes. My primary sources will include Twitter pages of athletes who have been punished by their respective leagues, and also pages of athletes who are constantly being followed and monitored by ESPN. The purpose of writing this project is to identify how athletes are gaining publicity through the use of the internet. My ideal audience for this paper would be any sports fan who actively follows athletes online.

Nike

My research topic is going to investigate how Nike has become so successful and continues to grow. The primary source I will be using is the Nike home page. My goal in writing this paper will be to analyze Nike and how the company uses social media to become the leader of equipment in the sporting world. The main audience for this paper will be athletes and any other person affiliated with sports.

Under Armour

For my research paper I decided to see why Under Armour is so successful. The company continues to exceed the expectations of their analysts. I want to see how the company is growing so fast and why it is so appealing to trainers and athletes. My primary source will be the Under Armour website and I think my audience would be trainers and athletes.

"More Than What Meets The Ear"

Why do Hip-Hop and Rap artist carefully choose every word they sing about and what message are they trying to convey? This is the question that I will try and decode as I research three major artist and their work. I am going to try and find personal connections between their work and the way it consumes the audiences attention. I will be looking at musical lyrics along with interviews and fan websites to try and make this connection. My audiance will be a group of people who are curious on why Hip-Hop and Rap artist act and do what they do in order to be famous.

McDonalds

The topic of my research project is McDonald's and how they portray themselves as "healthy" and what makes them want to portray the certain "healthy" identity along with who they target and how in their ads and social media My purpose in writing this is to find out more about nutrition in fast food restaurants, in particular McDonald's and I am interested in seeing what their ingredients consist of and why it is so appealing. I view my ideal audience as anyone trying to be healthy.

Teen Pregnancy Epidemic

My topic of my research project is teen pregnancy in social media. I am using primary sources such as the Facebook profiles of girls on Teen mom's MTV show. My purpose in writing this paper is to show how much pressure the media can have on people. Most people follow guidelines by our social media today. My ideal audience would be young parents and the TV shows that portray young pregnancies.

Research Topic

The topic I decided to research is how the songs that land in the American Top Forty are more appealing to listeners then others. In the paper I will find similarities between some of the most popular songs and come to a conclusion on why the are preferred over others. It will also be interesting to see how the top forty has changed over time. The primary source for paper with be the American Top Forty songs. The audience of the paper could be any music listener.

Blog Post 4.

The topic of my research project is on eBay and the programs and items it offers. The research that will be included will answer the question ‘Why do people trust PayPal, what makes them so easy to trust? Why does eBay feel the need to have an additional program to handle the money?’ The primary sources I’ll use will be eBay itself and PayPal. My ideal audience is most likely just cyber shoppers.

Rappers Image

My project is on the image that's rappers portray. We all have heard songs were a rapper talks about drugs, abusing females, or even murder. I am going to analyse these images to see why they create them. I hope to discover if there songs do truly show themselves as they portray in other things such a twitter. My primary source will be Eminem's twitter page. My audience I think I'm writing to is people who like music and would like to know more about rap.

Music and Social Media

The topic I am researching is the importance of social media to upcoming musicians. I will be using Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, etc. as sources for musicians to release music. The purpose is to show just how important the internet and social media has become to the music industry. Not only musicians but record labels too have jumped on the social media bandwagon. An ideal audience for this paper would be music lovers and enthusiast, but really anyone.

The Westboro Baptist Church Guilty of Child Abuse?

My topic is on the WBC and brainwashing their young children as a form of child abuse. These people are known for picketing funerals of fallen soldiers and much more. They bring their children along to these pickets and make them hold signs, and chant horrible things. Should this be a form of child abuse? Or should this be okay because these people have a right to raise their children how they want? My purpose in writing about this is because I wanted to learn more about these people and maybe see where they are coming from. The primary source I used is, godhatesfags.com. This is the churches website. My ideal audience is people of different backgrounds an religion.

Athlete's Marketing Sponsers

My topic that I am doing for my research project is how athlete's market their sponsors and how the athlete's image can be affected negatively or positively. Most athletes play as role models in our society. Many athletes have sponsors that show ads on t.v. and the internet. We as spectators view these products making us want to use what the pros use. The primary source I will be getting most of my information from will be SportsBusinessDaily.com. My ideal audience would be consumers that use products that professional athletes promote.

My topic I am doing for my research project is how professional athletes cause a negative image or reputation on not only themselves but the entire athlete class. Most athletes feel like they are under the microscope and get accused more often than a normal person would, which is true, but they are held to a higher standard than everyone else. Knowing this athletes should make better choices in what they do. My primary source I will be using for most of my information is ESPN. The ideal audience would be professional athletes to read my paper and realize it's not all about them.

My past experiences with research projects expanded in high school. I was required to do several different research based projects. My senior year we had to research a historical figure of interest to us. As of right now I am not as comfortable doing different research projects as I would like to be. I am certain that accomplishing our assignments for this class with further my understanding and knowlegde of using research and developing research projects. I am going into the Criminal Justice field and am sure that the further down the road I get the more important and vital being able to use reserach properly will be!

My past experiences with research has become better and better throughout the years. I took a speech class in high school that involved a lot of deep researching including the internet, books, magazines, etc. I feel like I have a pretty good grasp on research by now but I guess there is always room to improve. The types of research I will be doing for academics will be for out english class and the same as high school. For personal research, maybe just information about college, housing prices, and possibly investments. As for professional research, for example, to find out about the job I might be applying for or if I have a good, finding trends in the economy.

In High School I never had to write a research paper, so my experience is limited. However, in my career towards graphic design I will find that research will be essential in order to produce proper logos, or visual designs! As of now, I am not very comfortable with research, but I am willing to expand and try different forms, in order to better myself for the future.

In high school, I was required to research several important historical figures and pieces of writing. This research was primarily for English and History classes. Researching a certain topic is relatively easy. Searching the internet or finding information in a book is something that I am very familiar with. In the future, I intend on researching information on cars that I may buy. I also plan to research house prices and the neighborhoods that these houses are located in. Professional research that I may encounter will involve statistics and trends of a consumer. Academically, I will research mainly what I researched in high school.

Professional searches could include looking at real estate properties if I am looking at moving my business or even facebook creeping on possible employees.

My school had it's own library with a network of online journals and other online sources that were more academic related, so I am pretty familiar with using them. I'm sure that knowing how to research will come in handy when I'm older whether it's researching a breed of dog to buy, looking into different houses and neighborhoods to live in, finding a good vacation spot, or in whichever field that I choose to major in. I feel i have done a lot of research in my high school career. My first research project was in the 3rd grade when had to research the steamboat. I remember being so proud that i was able to write a whole page about the steamboat. My best research paper would have to be my research paper on pollution in Tuscarawas County i did my senior year of high school. I wrote 12 pages on whether pollution was affecting our County or if we were being a "green" county. After doing that paper i feel that i have gotten pretty good at doing research and am semi comfortable with it. I will have to to do plenty of personal and professional research later in life. My past experience with research includes things like high school research projects and even research based projects in middle school, as well as one of my jobs on campus. I work for an honors professor basically doing research about different topics and helping her dig for the more obscure elements of everyday things, like folklore for example.
I am very comfortable with doing different types of research since I probably have more experience than the average student. In my personal life I will research things like houses, dogs to buy, clothes, expensive items etc. In my academic life I will obviously be researching things for projects, or things that might help me with classes. And in my professional life I might research new medical advances or my own career based strategies or supplies.

My Research

Most of my high school English classes were surronded by research projects that had me looking into books in the library and searching the web. I have been eased into the research experience and I have confidence in my work that I produce. I enjoy doing research ten times more than writing a book report about some book I was forced to read. All research is good research to me and is fun and exciting. In my career I will need research in my work. I will be needing to look up new medical news and new medicines that are being introduced into the medical community. I am sure that my college career will not end with this research project in this class.

I have decided to write my analysis on Brock Lesnar/Deathcluth facebook page. I chose this source because I am constantly looking for news about upcoming fights and new apparel to purchase from Deathclutch. This page also lets me look at some of the training videos and to see how Brock prepares for a fight. I wanted to see how well I could analyze this page, by photos and also recent posts of upcoming event.

Bill Simmons' Twitter

I decided to analyze Bill Simmons' twitter as my primary source. Bill Simmons is a sports columnist and author for ESPN. I chose his twitter as my primary source because i have always enjoyed reading his comical columns on ESPN and sure enough his tweets are just as funny. With the social media today being fast and up to date about athletes and sports, Bill Simmons' twitter is a great place to check out the recent sporting news with a different twist to it.

I chose this source because ESPN is constantly reviewing what LeBron tweets, and the public eye is constantly directed to what he has to say next. Some of LeBron's tweets are controversial and makes an interesting topic to write about.

Cabela's is a huge world wide known outfitter. I decided to analyze their homepage because I really like hunting and the outdoors and i like to go to Cabela's. I wanted to see how easy the page is to navigate and why the company is such a success.

Lady Gaga

I have chosen Lady Gaga's Twitter as my primary media source analysis because i am a huge fan of her music, and her origanaliy. She has 7,801,746 followers, and she tweets just about everyday discussing new events she will be appearing in or new music she is working on. Not only is she one of the most orginal musical artists today she takes alot of pride in her work and is very faithful to her fans.

I have chosen a hunting video as my primar source. This video is from the North American Whiteail website. It shows a hunt that took place in Northern Missouri I have chosen this as my primary source because I am a hunter myself and a video gives both great detail, but a sense of reality.

I have decided to use Mafia wars off of Facebook to use as my primary source. It has 15,299,599 people who have liked it as of 1/18/2011. Although I personally do not play anymore. When I did I enjoyed playing it because i could play it with my friends. It is a game on facebook were you try to level up your mafia and do jobs and stuff. I remembered playing this and thought I should do my project on it because I played it and thought it would be a great way to look at something I used to do all the time.

The primary source that I decided to write my paper on is the homepage of Perez Hilton's website. His website is all about the updated news on celebrity gossip. I chose to write my paper on this website because I know a lot of my friends who religiously read this website and I want to know what makes his website so appealing to people!

Simply eBay

eBay.com has been a shopping phenomenon, for finding cheap items gently used and sometimes new, practically since I can remember. Shoppers use the easy search engine to find exactly what they're looking for and have at least three different payment options, all customer to customer based, but with a small amount of regulation. I chose to write my analysis on the eBay home page because I've had positive experiences with eBay, and I believe that the website is significantly unique compared to sites such as Amazon or Craigslist. Also mainly because eBay's homepage design was not an accident.

The primary source that I found interesting to me was this website that had "Taylor Gang or what" quotes. The website has one admin and he does all the posting. I like this website because they are funny quotes to make you want to be a "Taylor". This is really just a fan website for supporters of the musical artist Wiz Khalifa.

The website I chose to write about is Read Write Web. It is a social media website that has all the lastest news on the web. It is much like a blog that other social media websites use to get their information on the web. A few main articles are put up everyday but you are still able to look up different past subjects from social media websites. This is a good source for people who are interested in social media and how to take full advantage of the web.

YouTube- Dude Perfect

The social media site I decided to analyze is Dude Perfect's YouTube page. The group entertains the general public by posting their own videos of amazing basketball trick shots. The group has broken the record for the worlds longest basketball shot three times. They also regularly post videos with extremely unique shots. They're very well known and they have been interviewed by the CBS evening news and ESPNs E:60. I decided to analyze this site because the groups videos and entertaining and unique.

The primary source that i have chosen to analyze is perezhilton.com. This Blog is all about celebrity gossip and gives the reader an insight into their lives using humor. I chose to analyze this source because it's interesting to me, and i like reading about celebrities!

Attack Attack! (U.S.)

I chose to research the band Attack Attack!'s Myspace page. They are from Westerville, Ohio as am I, and I was lucky enough to attend high school with these guys at Westerville North and Central. They play an interesting dance influenced screamo that has been coined "crabcore". Their Myspace is their most efficient way of keeping you up to date with new music, touring, music videos, etc. I took an interest in this page because it is the best way to keep up with them ever since they blew in '08 and started touring.

The primary choice that I chose to write my paper on is http://likealittle.com/osu/, specifically focusing on likealittle.com/osu. The site is very similar to the missed connections tab on craigslist.com that we were shown in class. On the site, users post anonymously about attractive guys or girls that they saw somewhere on campus. For example: "red headed girl in the library sitting behind me, I'd like to study with you for anatomy sometime ;)" I chose this site because of I find it comical to look and see what people are saying about one another.

The primary source I chose is Benfolds.com. Ben Folds is my favorite musician of all time. His official webpage has everything you need on the home page. He has all of his recent music videos, tour dates, tweets, recent photos, and information on his newest album. He also blogs on this website, along with the Ben Folds forum. Ben Folds has a total of 10 albums. I chose his website because he has been my favorite musician ever since I was in middle school. He is just an all around real person and I love going to his site to find out new information about him.

Funny or Die

The primary source that I have chosen to analyze is one of my favorite actors home website. That actor being Will Ferrell. His website named "funnyordie.com" shows hilarious clips, pictures, and other features that people find to be humorous. I chose this as my primary source because I find Will Ferrel to be extremely funny and this site really interests me.

Mac App Blog

The blog that I chose to use usually has different posts about all different types of electronics, gadgets, and products. The blog varies from newly released electronics to different statistics and accomplishments that companies achieve with their products. Various people and editors are responsible for updating the blog. This blog is appealing to me because I like electronics and it is very interesting to me.

This is my sister Ciera's blog it is titled "were it could always get worse". She is a theater major at Liberty University. I chose it because i am not really into the whole blog scene but she is and is always talking about it. From what I can tell she talks about fashion, makeup, her life, and tells funny stories. Since this is the only blog I actually follow I am recommending it for that reason. The stories she shares are easy to relate to and amusing to read. She breaks up her blog with a lot of lists making it easier to read and includes lots of pictures. Overall I think that even if you do not know her this blog will welcome you in and make you feel like your a part of her life.

Animal Art Adventures

This blog that i chose to write about, is called Animal Art Adventures. This particular blog is written by a woman named Laura Hardie, who enjoys drawing and painting pictures of animals; especially dogs. From a young age, Laura had a natural talent when it came to drawing, and studying art. Laura's love of art portraiture lead her to turn her hobby into something professional. In her blog she posts weekly about her personal life, as well as giving the reader a brief description of her newly posted artwork. This particular blog was appealing to me because i myself have always enjoyed art, as well as animals.

This is a blog that I check every once and a while it is called Light the Lamp. This blog is about the Columbus Blue Jackets hockey team. The blog is updated everyday and gives the scores and stats of every game that they play. This blog would be a great website for Blue Jacket fans to visit because people give their opinions about different players and even the coaches. It is a place where people can share their own thoughts about the games. Also people post highlights of each game, so if you missed a game you can check this website and find out what happened in the game!

Dairy Farm Video

I decided to post a video from youtube about the Dairy Industry. This video is a short clip about two minutes long. It goes into detail about the care and treatment that cattle get in the milking herd. It interested me because I've shown Holstein cattle, as seen in the video, since I was 5 years old.

This is a blog that i have recently just discovered by searching the net. This blogs contains all the weekly news and gossip about whats happening today in the theater world. They show all the top shows playing on broadway today and which ones are the most popular with reviews from critics and also what people have liked and disliked about the play. There is top news about famous broadway actors and actresses and what they are doing today. This blog is very interesting to me because i am a huge fan of broadway, and love being able to read all this newsfeed. This blog would be very interesting to people who like broadway also because there are many links connected to this blog where you can visit the websites of the plays you liked and the actors and actresses who have been in them.

It is posted on the NFL's official site and is very credible. This blog would be good for fans that are on the run and might not have time to watch all the games to know what happened. This blog is also good for fans who know alot about the NFL and want to interact with others.

The abundance of films covered by this blog includes movies that have been out since 1960, movies that came to theaters yesterday, and films that won't come out until summer of 2012. The idea was started in 2001 with a simple blog that was updated frequently by a man named John Campea, however the actual Movie Blog site launched in 2003 when he realized he was only posting about films on his own personal blog. The popular blog now features things like Favorites, Features, Headlines, News Chat, Reviews, and Uncut Podcast. This site is appealing to me because of the many things it has to offer and also because of the participation that is permitted by the reader.

Blue Devils Reign

The Blue Devils Reign is a blog dedicated to keeping people up to date on The Duke University basketball team. The blog has in depth reviews on each and every game that the team plays. The blog provides important stats for both Duke and the opposing team that it plays. If you are unable to watch one of the games, this blog keeps every fan updated on how the Blue Devils are performing on a daily basis. I visit this blog often, because I am a loyal fan of Duke basketball. I am not certain who manages this blog, but other similar blogs are managed by Duke University students who are crazy for Duke basketball. This blog is very appealing, because I do not get the chance to watch every game so I'm able to stay informed about my favorite team.

This blog is a blog about hunting. This blog goes into the very basic details of whitetail hunting. It shares some information on the best areas to find a lot of deer. This blog also states why the whitetail deer are referred to as "whitetail." The types of posts that appear in this blog are ones that have to do with whitetail deer hunting. These posts include everything from the best hunting spots, and what kind of hunting blinds to buy. Although I couldnt find who is responsible for this blog I imagine that it would be the creater of the blog. At the top of the blog it just says "admin." This blog interests me, because I myself am an avid hunter. I love the outdoors and take every opportunity I get to go hunting. The adrenaline experienced while hunting is what keeps me coming back.

Stumble Upon

Stumble upon is a collector blog that lets you surf the web almost as if you were surfing your own t.v. You input all the things that interest you and it automatically goes to sites that you may like based on your preferences. It may be pictures, articles, or even other blogs that you can discover. Instead of searching for a single thing yourself, Stumble upon does all the searching for you. I find this very appealing because I don't have the time to surf the internet all day but with a quick click Stumble upon can take me to so many new, interesting sites.

GloZell

GloZell is a video blogger that I watch frequently! Her blog is her hilarious opinions about new songs and music videos that come out. She gives her take on what the song or video is trying to convey to listeners. This blog makes me laugh, and keeps my attention because GloZell is continuously adding new videos. Big Ten Blog - ESPN

Anyone who loves football and loves the Big Ten knows ESPN is the way to go to get the most up-to-date news on all of the Big Ten teams. This blog ran by former news writer Adam Rittenberg, features updates including news, scores, recruiting, injuries, interviews, and anything else you would like know about the Big Ten Conference. This blog is updated multiple times a day. It caught my interest not only as a HUGE football and Ohio State fan, but also gave me anything i needed to know about all the other teams in the conference. It is very convenient, but most importantly, knowing it is ESPN, it is reliable.

Engadget

Engadget is a blog I browse once or twice a week. The blog is devoted to everything new in gadgets and consumer electronics. This blog has everything from blogging to videos to even podcasts! These people are very serious about their electronics. The blogs are posted by the producers of the website but they give you the option to email them your latest news so it could possibly be posted. Posts are always about the latest gadget that has hit the market or the potential to be the next big thing, they give the readers a chance to share their ideas about the product. The staff of about ten, updates this blog more than five times a day. The engadget blog is appealing to me because i am always looking for the next cool electronic, as is everyone else. The information is easy to view and access. Finding the sources is just as easy so you know the information is valid.

Tumblr

Tumblr is a blog that I go to on a daily basis. It is a blog where millions of people share there ideas, interests and creations. Tumblr is a place that I can be 100% myself. Unlike facebook where I feel I have to censor things I say and do because I have a lot of family on there that I don't want to judge me for the things I might say or things that I like. On Tumblr I post a lot of my own pictures, because as I said on the first day of class, I am an "amateur photographer." I will also post and reblog pictures of things that interest me or inspire me. Also, I update my followers, just like you would on facebook. Tumblr is just a place where you can share anything and everything!

For all you sports lovers, I recently found a blog all about sports. Sports Blog is ran by a corporation called Muchmore Concepts Corporation. Each post is categorized by team, sport or random. The posts includes news and updates of upcoming events and recent news that has happened involving a variety of sports teams. This blog interests me not only because I am a sports fan but because the information is accurate and reliable. It is updated many times through out the day and has interesting topics involving all different sports and levels of play.

Buckeye Football and Basketball

Buckeye football and basketball fans, I just recently found a blog about The Ohio State University Football and Basketball. This blog is ran by seven men who follow college athletics particularly Ohio State. The posts include updates on the latest news, events, schedules, recruitment, which gives you all the information needed, for you daily Buckeye followers. This blog interests me because it keeps me updated on the latest news on the Buckeyes, but also it caught my attention from the title "Eleven Warriors". I was curious to see how they came up with this title. I found that they used it from a quote "In old Ohio there's a team That's known thru-out the land; Eleven warriors, brave and bold, Whose fame will ever stand." In my eyes, what a statement.

K2 Skiing Blog

K2 is one of the leaders in the production of skis, poles, helmets, and winter apparel. The skiing blog is composed of videos, photos, and personal experiences of some of the K2 staff. Many of the videos are filmed on expert terrain only accessible by helicopter. Updates occur when they capture a new photo or video. Since I'm a skier and I own K2 skis, I'm inspired by the posts and amazed by the amount of effort that is put in to each video.

Apple brand technology blog

This is a blog that is dedicated to informing readers of new and updated apple technology. Apple brand is of course famous for the iPod and iPhone, along with very popular laptops and all in one desktops. Macintosh/Apple computers operate on a different processing system than PC's, so this blog is helpful to those who use a Macintosh computer in keeping up with the changes on their computer. The blog is edited by reputable professions spanning from award winning writers to IT professionals with 15+ years experience under their belts. The site is also for used for all things technology including the new Windows Cloud, new green technologies that are being developed, advancements in WiFi and mobile technologies, and they even have their own "App store" app for the iPhone and iPod touch. This blog is important to me, and should be for other students as well, because our generation is truly changing right beneath our feet, and if we are to keep up with the world then we need to be aware of the changes going on.

BLDG25 Blog is a blog written by Jemma and Julia of the clothing brand Free People. More or less, it is a blog including fashion, art, travel, DIY crafts, music, photography, or anything else that inspires them. I love this blog and looking at all of the creative people and companies that they include in their posts, which they add multiple times a day. Free People is also my favorite clothing brand, so I don't mind looking at all of the cute clothes!

As we talked about in class, Color Me Katie is written by Katie Sokoler. She is a freelance photographer who lives in New York. She's famous for her creative street art around New York, such as her thought bubbles and shadows. She makes adorable projects to remind people not to grow up too fast. She updates her blog about once a week with cute photos or projects that she's working on or with posts of her acting group, Improv Everywhere. Her blog is really cute and I love reading it!

A Healthy Endeavor

A Healthy Endeavor is a blog that is described as "adventures in the realm of healthy cooking". The blog was started by my good friend Karen whos and who blog is all about healthy cooking and helping others with good healthy food ideas. Her goal is to feed her family as healthy as possible. A Healthy Endeavor contains mostly posts about vegitarian cooking with the exception of the occasional fish recipe. A Healthy Endeavor is extreamly interesting to me because most of the recipes are inexpensive and tasty. Its a wonderfully crafted bog and i would recommend for anyone who is intested in diffent and healthy food ideas to give A Healthy Endeavor a browse.
